 • Weekly coaching sessions (identifying patterns and developing a deep listening practice)

• Two 1:1 sound healing sessions a month at Maitri Yoga in Troy, NY (or online)

• Midway Deep Dive: a 2-hr Catnap for Lucid Dreaming Workshop to overcome a complex problem (in-person in Troy, NY or online for 6-month package)

• Access to downloadable resources posted on my website that normally have a paywall (meditations, sound baths, soundscapes, pdfs)

Begin with a gentle intake to set your intention, then relax into

a soundscape designed to guide you into deep healing.

Instruments may include singing bowls, gong, chimes, tuning forks, shruti box, and voice. With your consent, singing bowls may be placed directly on the body for deeper resonance. Sessions are offered in a traditional style, with the participant lying comfortably on a yoga mat, supported under the head and knees.

Personalized sound healing training to explore, deepen, and awaken your practice at your own pace 

Whether you’re just beginning your journey or ready to refine your skills, Certified Sound Healing Practitioner Andrea Williams, PhD, of Resonant Beings will gently guide you through practices for using sound healing instruments to support a variety of client needs. Beginners are welcome to come without instruments and simply explore. If you already have your own, bring them along so we can deepen your connection and confidence with them together. We can also create a personalized sequence of trainings designed around what you most want to learn and discover about sound healing.

Sound Baths for Corporate Events, Baby Showers, and other large group gatherings

Relax into a 60 or 90 minute soundscape designed to guide you into deep healing. Instruments may include singing bowls, gong, chimes, tuning forks, shruti box, and voice.
